Important notes

  • Above net rates are quoted in Euro per room / per night.
  • Accomodation costs includes bed and breakfast.
  • Rates include all currently applicable service charges, taxes and American Buffet Breakfast.
  • Stayover Tax: According to the article of the Law 53Ν.4389/2016 the guest must pay a tax that is calculated based on
    the number of overnight stays and the category of the hotel.  The payment is made by the client before check out.
  • Rooms are available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Those interested are kindly requested to contact the conference organizing company to arrange their stay.
  • The organizing company is not responsible for the non-availability of the above hotel over time.

If you wish to reserve Pre- and Post-Congress accommodation, please indicate it in the comments. Confirmation of these dates will be sent to you separately upon availability at the hotel. Please note, the prices of the Pre- and Post-Congress accommodation may differ from the congress rates.

In order to secure your hotel reservation a deposit of 50% charge must accompany all requests for accommodation. Full payment for hotel must be completed 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

  • Cancellations/changes received up to 60 days prior to arrival – full refund less € 50 handling fee.
  • Cancellations/changes received between 60 to 45 days prior to arrival – 1 night cancellation charge.
  • Cancellations/changes received between 45 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 2 night’s cancellation charge
  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund

In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
